Product License Agreement

For use of this downloading information, you are required to understand and accept all of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of them, do not download this information.

1. License
   FUJITSU COMPONENT LIMITED ("FCL") grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the computer program and documentation enclosed in this package "Product" solely on the hardware which this package is attached to.
2. Restriction of use
   You may not use the Product in whole or in part to embed in another program. You may not delegate, sublicense, lease, assign, transfer or create lien against all or a part of the Product to a third party regardless of whether or not compensation is received.
3. Restriction of analysis, alteration or modification
   You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or do the similar action, and you may not permit others to do so. FCL is not held responsible to any trouble caused by your actions exemplified above and never take liability for the damages.
4. Copyright
   You acquire only a limited right to use the Product, and FCL or developer of the Product retains all rights, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Product. You may not alter the description of copyright of the Product.
5. Disclaimer of the warranties
   On no event will FCL be liable to you for any damages, such as loss of earnings, business interruption, deprivation of business information or other pecuniary damage including claims from a third party, arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if FCL has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
6. Compliance with related regulations
   Export of the Product and the instrument installed the Product from the country where you downloaded the Product, you may comply with interested state regulations or related rules on export controls.
7. Download and install
   You may download and install the Product with self-responsibility. FCL is absolved from our responsibility for your any damages caused by installing the Product into different hardwares and by the different way of the instruction in the readme.txt in the uncompressed folder.
   
   • Download the zip file.
   • Uncompress the downloaded zip file and run the latest virus scan program before installing, although FCL have done virus check of the Product when uploaded. However we do not guarantee any virus not aware when uploaded.
   • Install the Product on applicable hardware after reading Read-me.txt in uncompressed folder.
8. Backup service
   If the failure is observed during use of the Product, please consult with our customer support. However it is not promised to solve the required problems and the Product is subject to change without notice.

9. Others
   If you fail to comply with any terms, your license is terminated automatically and you will destroy or return the Product received from us.
