Fujitsu Components Group Awarded Silver Rating from EcoVadis in 2021

Fujitsu Component Limited (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Corporate Officer: Masahiro Kinoshita) and its group companies have been awarded a Silver rating for sustainability performance in a survey conducted by EcoVadis (Headquarters: France).

EcoVadis comprehensively assess the sustainability performance in the categories of Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. The Silver award is given to the top 22 percent of companies (2021 scorecard standard).

Fujitsu Components Group earned the Silver award with an overall score of 56 points in 2021. The company rated an exceptional 80 points and is in the top 5 percent of companies in the Environmentcategory due to its outstanding environmental policies and a variety of sustainability criteria.

Fujitsu Components Group has received the silver rating consecutively since the company started the EcoVadis sustainability assessment in 2015.

Fujitsu Components Group strives for social trust and to contribute to a sustainable society through environmental activities, such as energy savings, recycling and the development of eco-friendly products.
